Indonesian Overseas Card (KMILN) serves as identity of Indonesian community living overseas and for mapping of potentials among Indonesian community overseas. For those who would like to have one, you may register voluntarily without any fees. KMILN functions as a replacement of KTP or KK for diaspora.
